Life comes and goes by so quickly. We should cherish those we love and the moments that we share. Amy's Designs has a released a new kit that makes scrapping our memorable moments so easy. It's called Cherish Life and is on-sale today.

The kit includes 5 cardstock, 15 patterned papers and 47 elements. It also has an upper case alpha with numbers and some symbols and and an action for your photos.

It was so a joy to work with this kit.

Here are two layouts that I just loved creating.

I have a folder of layouts that I love. Sadly I didn't keep track of who so many of them are designed by. This was scraplifted with love. If you know the layout artist, please let me know so I can give them credit.

Some exciting news........

I've got some exciting news to share.....

I've been invited to join the Creative Team of

I've had the pleasure of participating in a few blog trains with Amy and have always admired her talent and designs. When she opened a CT call, I couldn't wait to apply. While I'm still designing, I've really enjoyed getting back into creating Scrapbook layouts. Amy's CT requirements really fit my schedule and her designs truly fit my style. I can't wait to get started scrapping with her amazing kits. So be on the look out for some new layouts and awesome freebies.

Silent Night

I know you are used to me posting more often than I have this month, and for that I apologize. This December was the first time since my mother passed away on New Year's Day 2009 that I was actually excited about Christmas. I was even ready to decorate, minus the tree (Can you see why?)

Sadly on December 6th, my Granma - Laurietta Iannarone- passed away. She was an amazing woman that taught me so much about the true meaning of love. While not my grandmother by blood, she never treated me any different. She loved me like her own when she didn't have to. I will forever be grateful for all she showed me and taught me just by being her.

Needless to say, designing took a back seat for a couple of weeks while we traveled North for the funeral services. When I got back home I had a kit that I had started waiting for me. I knew I didn't have time to make a full kit the way I wanted to. But I just LOVE the color palette. So I packaged it up and Silent Night was created.
