It's a New Day w/ Freebies

So thankful each morning (especially when the day before was one of 'those' days) to wake and know that It's A New Day.  

What a way to scrap the day than with Amy's Designs latest release.  It's a New Day is a great kit.  Filled with flowers, papers, butterflies, buttons, alphabets and more.  Not to mention the cutest little pocket you've ever seen.

I had so much fun creating layouts for this kit.  2 absolutely adorable babies and 1 equally adorable kit.

Challenges, Challenges

This week I took part in two Mousescrapper's Challenges.  

The first was for Mousescrapper's Template Challenge #172.  The template was by Scrapping with Liz_Photo Banner Template.  I used a wonderful kit by Sweet Shoppe Designs - Summer livin'.

The second layout I made was for Weekly Challenge #190.  This was a lot of fun.  The host of the challenge has a set of triplets turning 7.  They helped create the challenge.

Here's how the contest will work. Starting on July 12th, a new challenge will be posted every Friday. You'll have until Midnight the following Wednesday to complete and post a layout. Everyone who posts a layout on time that follows the directions will receive the participation prize and be entered to win the weekly prize. Everyone who posts a layout on time that follows all the directions all 6 weeks will be eligible for the grand prizes and honorable mention prizes.
